Preparing your Home For Sale:
Decluttering, staging and maintaining a very clean home throughout the entire marketing process is key. Don’t forget the exterior of your home as well. Freshen up any worn or cracked paint, spruce up your landscaping and keep entryways looking their best at all times. This will help make the best first impression as well as leave a positive lasting one.

Pricing it Right:
The asking price of your home should be appropriate for the current market. The right price is important and will have just as much of an impact as the physical condition of your home. I will furnish you with the necessary comps in the market so that you will have the information to determine the right list price. Most buyer traffic occurs during the first two to three weeks of listing your home on the market so it is best to have the right price when you have the largest audience.

Negotiating Offers:
Every offer is different from the next and sometimes there can be multiple offers and a strategy will be needed on how to manage them. I can be of assistance as we construct a method that helps you achieve your goals.
